Walk-ins are fine. Please just realize that because we are measuring the grain for you, you will need to allow us time to put it together for you. You will have to wait if you just walk-in for 5 min or so.

It could take 30 minutes OR MORE, depending on the number of orders in line ahead of you.

Lallemand Lalbrew

Lalbrew Pomona IPA Yeast – a hybrid yeast selected for flavor and fermentation performance in hoppy beers. Named after the goddess of fruit trees, LalBrew Pomona™ produces a unique and juicy flavor profile with notes of peach, citrus, and tropical fruits. Our partner Escarpment Laboratories (Canada) developed this strain using advanced yeast breeding and adaptive laboratory evolution in high ABV and highly hopped IPA fermentations. The result is a fruity, stress-tolerant, and robust strain that enhances biotransformation and haze for modern IPA styles.

Cellar Science

NECTAR Dry Beer Yeast – a fun, unique yeast with a UK pedigree that emphasizes fresh malt flavor while producing fruity, citrus and floral flavors. Perfect for Pale Ales and IPA’s. Like all CellarScience yeast, NECTAR is eligible for direct pitch straight into your wort.

In the name of SANITIZATION, we will WEIGH ALL GRAINS in your ORDER. The back area (where our yeast and hop fridge is located, as well as the restroom) will remain for employees only for the most part. We will help you locate the perfect yeast and hops. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are taking cash payments, however CREDIT & DEBIT are preferred. Thank you for understanding.

Please feel free to email or call to check on stock for an item, OR to place your order. Please allow us to get back to you, and give us several hours to prep any order. We will return your email with stock and any substitution info. If you don’t get an email back, we may not have seen your order yet. Please don’t head over until you hear back from us!

MINI CO2 REGULATOR & REFILLS

Want to take your beer on the go, without compromising quality?  Take it with you, perfectly carbonated, with a mini CO2 regulator/charger and mini CO2 refill cartridges!  This little regulator will connect to your keg via a ball-lock coupler (shown in photo – NOT included).

Works great with the smaller 1.6 gallon and 2.5 gallon torpedo kegs (see below).

Regulator – $39.99, Refill cartridges (set/6 – 16 g each) – $14.99

We carry 5 lb. cylinders. Bring your empty aluminum tank – trade it in and get a full tank for $39.00 (+ tax).

(If you need another size exchanged, please contact us, we can get it for you within 1 week.  We can also get you Beer Gas – 70% N, 30% CO2 or Nitrogen (for beer or cold-brew coffee on tap).  * 5 lb. steel tanks can be left for exchange at same price.

Brand-new Torpedo kegs available NOW!  Come in and select YOURS today!

Torpedo kegs are available in 3 sizes:  1.6 gal, 2.5 gal and 5 gal.  These all stainless ball lock kegs stack for easy storage and can be connected in your kegerator/keezer while stacked!
